Steps

  1. Slice the shallots.
  2. Heat a pan full of oil, and once hot, add the cumin, curry leaves, green chillies, and shallots. Cook for 5 minutes until soft.
  3. Turn off the heat, and add some chopped coriander, salt, and chaat masala. Put aside to cool.
  4. Grate the cheddar cheese, and add to the onion mixture.
  5. Then make the chutney: add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
  6. Spread chutney over the bread, and add the onion mixture on top.
  7. Cook in the pan until golden.
