Meatballs
- 450 grams Beef Mince
- 225 grams Pork Mince (or sausages without skins)
- 33⁄50 cups White Breadcrumbs
- 1⁄2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- 2 Egg (beaten)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Black Pepper
Sauce
- 1⁄2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 400 grams Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Salt
- Pinch Chilli Flakes
Sandwiches
- 2 Baguette
- Grated Cheese
Steps
Meatballs:

Bake:
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Bake the meatballs in the oven until golden brown, and they reach 165 F on an instant-read thermometer, 25 minutes.
- Once done, transfer the meatballs to the sauce and turn to coat. Set the oven to grill.
- Assemble the sandwiches on a foil-lined baking tray and place 3 meatballs in each.
- Top with sauce and cheese.
- Grill for 2 to 3 minutes.
