Steps

Cook the Chicken:

  1. Preheat oven to 180C(fan).
  2. In an oven-safe dish, combine all the chicken ingredients, fully incorporating everything.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Once the chicken has cooled, cut into pieces.

Cook the Toppings:

Proceed after the chicken has cooked.

  1. Heat oil in a pan over a high heat, add onion and pepper, and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  2.  Add the tomato puree and plain water, mix well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add all seasonings, balsamic vinegar, honey, stir in.
  4. Add cooked chicken and mix well.

Bake:

  1. In a small bowl combine honey, mayonnaise, English mustard, smoked paprika and dried parsley. This is the honey mustard sauce.
  2. Place the flatbreads on a roasting tray. Add a generous layer of honey mustard sauce, followed by the chicken mixture and grated cheese. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and dried parsley.
  3. Bake on 180C(fan) for 10-11 minutes.
