- 300 grams Beef Mince
- 300 grams Pork Mince
- 1 Egg
- 30 grams White Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoons Nutmeg
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Parsley (dried)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- To a bowl, add ground beef, ground pork, egg, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, salt, pepper, dried parsley, garlic powder and dried onion. Mix with your hands, just until combined. Roll into 2-tablespoon sized meatballs. Will make about 24.
- Cook the meatballs for 24 minute, rotating halfway through.
