Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
  2. Oil the pyrex square dish.
  3. Add all the meatloaf ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
  4. Add meat to the loaf pan, press down, and shape evenly. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
  6. When the meat is done, spread the sauce over the meatloaf, return to the oven, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 160F.
  7. Rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
