Meatloaf
- 450 grams Beef Mince
- 1 Onion (finely minced)
- 1 Egg
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 35 grams Ketchup
- 23 grams Panko Breadcrumbs
- 40 millilitres Milk
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Paprika
Sauce
- 90 grams Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon White Vinegar
- 11⁄2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Onion Powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoons Salt
Steps
- Preheat oven to 190 degrees C.
- Oil the pyrex square dish.
- Add all the meatloaf ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Add meat to the loaf pan, press down, and shape evenly. Bake for 40 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
- When the meat is done, spread the sauce over the meatloaf, return to the oven, and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 160F.
- Rest meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
