Cauliflower Tikka Masala

Ingredients
- 1 Tikka Masala Curry Sauce
- 1 Cauliflower
- 400 grams Chickpeas
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Place the cauliflower on a baking tray flat-side down and roast on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes, check if the cauliflower is done (especially on the bottoms!). If not, put back in for another ~5 minutes.
- Meanwhile (as soon as the cauliflower goes in the oven), heat up the sauce and chickpeas (with their stock) on medium. Once simmering, turn it down to low.
