Garlic Bread

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 21 grams Butter (unsalted)
- 2 cloves Garlic
- Salt (flaky)
- Black Pepper
- Parsley (optional)
- 1 Bread Slice (or 2 small ones)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 200ÂșC fan and set an oven rack in the middle position.
- In a small skillet, heat the oil and butter over low heat.
- When the butter is melted, add the garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and fragrant but not browned, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Lay the bread out on a foil-lined baking tray.
- Brush the garlic mixture over the bread.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on top. (Flaky salt is good here!)
- Wrap up the foil.
- Put in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Unwrap the bread and place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until crisp.
